Jon Fitch made the following post on his social networking sites: “My fight on Nov. 21st is off, Almeida blew out his knee, but I get a bigger better fight instead. Cant say who yet, but lots of you have been waiting for this fight a long time.” According to MMAMania.com they contacted Fitch who could not give out his new opponent but stated it would be a big name on a future card.
